Lynco has kept its membership affordable over the years in order to foster community participation and interaction. The benefits of becoming a Lynco member easily make it one of the best membership deals in the area.

• Use of the beach/swim area at the large lake

• Boating privileges and use of the member boat ramp

• Invitiations to Lynco member events for you and your family

• Ability to be directly involved in the decision-making process for both lakes and the common areas throughout the neighborhood

Annual dues for your Lynco membership are only $250 per year. New members must pay a one-time membership fee of $150 in addition to the annual membership fee.

You must live within the Lynwood Lakes development to become a Lynco member.

* Please note: A LYNCO decal and proof of liability insurance are required annually for all boats left on or opperated on Lynco property -- it's lakes, launch area or right-of-way. A boat is defined in the normal sense, but also includes jet skis, water bikes, paddle boats, or any other vessel used for transporation on the water. Annual Lynco dues have to be paid before boat can be registered and used on Lynwood Lakes.
