Story: the company
proposing to locate an asphalt plant near the Rock Quarry gave several
residents the opportunity to tour a very similar plant in operation near the
airport.

The noise
level was fairly high and the smell of fresh asphalt was noticeable even
from inside a car on the road in front of the plant.
These views
show there is no development around this particular plant. It is
an isolated location.
